Yes, a consultation is essential to discuss treatment goals and to formulate a long term plan. Our typical appointment time is 1 hour. We find this time allows ample time for the consultation and any treatment should you wish to proceed on the day of appointment.

Medical aesthetics and cosmetic treatments are not covered by Medicare or a Private Health Fund and therefore bulk billing is not possible.

A $150 booking fee is essential to secure an appointment at Eleventh Heaven. This is redeemable on services within 30 days of initial consultation (new patients) or on the day for existing patients.

Street parking is available out the front of our cosmetic clinic located at 37 Doggett St, Teneriffe, Brisbane.

This is generally not required unless sedation has been provided. The only procedure that we recommend to do so is hair transplant.

We have handpicked a few clinical grade skincare brands that both our patients and staff trust. These brands include Universkin, Mesoestetic, Synergie Skin, Biopelle and Obagi Medical. Our team will be able to advise you on the most suitable products based on your concerns and our assessment. For injectables, threads and energy-based devices, we only use the most premium grade products.

All post-care instructions will be provided following treatment. To aid in recovery (and for extra relaxation), Healite LED treatment is an excellent choice for recovery.
